Acara Solutions is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable & Receivable Associate for our client, a national nonprofit organization!

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

  • AP & AR experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a customer focused environment

Here's what you'll do:

  • Perform tactical Accounts Receivable duties.
  • Create new A/R customer records.
  • Create and distribute invoices.
  • Monitor open receivables for collection efforts.
  • Run and review monthly A/R agings.
  • Communicate with receivable program admins to gather customer information and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring and approving onboarding suppliers and payees (patients, Grantees, refunds).
  • Assist suppliers with onboarding issues either by email or phone contact.
  • Perform supplier record data cleanse, including, but not limited to, aging onboarding requests, updates to both NetSuite and Coupa remit to addresses, PO methods, contact information.
  • Resending supplier information management (SIM) forms as requested.
  • Updating and maintaining supplier master record data in both NetSuite and Coupa.
  • Sending SIM update requests to reactivate suppliers.
  • Banking instructions.
  • Tax ID formatting.
  • Validate tax IDs with IRS TIN Matching on IRS website.
  • OFAC reporting.
  • Conduct Google search to determine legitimacy.
  • Restricting payee records in Coupa.
  • Add supplier record data including supplier default commodity, standard invoice settings, supplier tags to Coupa supplier record.
  • Validating duplicate remit to addresses in NetSuite and Coupa; assist System Admin in deduplication process.

Position Type: Contract (4 months)

Pay: $25/hr.

Schedule: 25-30 hours per week **100% Remote

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years' accounts payable and receivable experience.
  • 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
